SMRC designed its mixed sweep program to facilitate a recreational rowing experience for men and women with limited to extensive rowing experience. The Mixed Sweep Program is for the rower who wants to be coached regularly, but wants to row in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.
This program meets twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-8:00pm) and is offered three times in 2008, each two months in length. Participants should have completed an SMRC Novice Beginner program, Learn to Row class, Corporate Program or be checked out by an SMRC coach.
The SMRC Mixed Sweep Program is $100 per program for SMRC members and $200 for non-SMRC participants. Pre-registration is required.

Mixed Sweep II (July 8-August 21)
Mixed Sweep III (September 9-October 23)
